How the Smarter Commerce Global Summit 2012 – Madrid helps put your customers at the heart of business

If you follow news about IBM, then you know that our Smarter Commerce initiative puts the customer at the center of business. The Smarter Commerce Global Summit 2012 – Madrid will feature a solution center doing just that, putting the customer, truly, at the heart of the conversation. This space will give attendees the opportunity to explore Smarter Commerce solutions and share ideas with peers and IBM executives. We’ve broken up the space into zones so clients will have a more personalized setting for informal discussion and free exploration of information.

The crown jewel of the solution center will be the “customer zone,” showcasing customer success stories that reinforce the value that Smarter Commerce can deliver for organizations. A self-guided digital multimedia experience enables attendees to explore the stories that are meaningful and relevant specifically to their industry or situation.
