    Another great concept :) But can it be achieved. I have seen FB pages of major banks and they are filled with customer complains…some of which are not even addressed. Achieving this concept will depend very strongly on how social media is coupled with other business processes. Can you give me an example of any firm which has adopted this concept even partially?
