“We help them achieve the perfect order. They want to ensure that every order is exactly on time, complete, ‘perfect’ in the sense that all of the packing of the order is exactly correct, no one ever receives the wrong product, everyone receives it when they expected to receive it. And those are complicated things to accomplish. We take it for granted sometimes because companies are getting better and better at these things with smarter technology.”
